Immediately before joining Tier 1, Jeremy was the Director of Wireline for Baker Hughes GE. His more notable accomplishment with them was that he successfully restarted the pumpdown wireline business in North America in 2018.

Jeremy spent 6 years with C&J Energy Services leading the wireline business referred to as Casedhole Solutions.  At its peak, Casedhole was the largest wireline company in North America with over 130 active trucks.  He also served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for C&J.

Prior to C&J, Jeremy spent 13 years with Schlumberger starting as a Field Engineer then progressing through various management roles in wireline, coiled tubing, and human resources throughout the US including Midcontinent, East Texas, Rockies, Bakken, and California.  During the Schlumberger and Smith Services merger, he was part of the integration team for E&P Wireline where he helped redesign the training and development plans to be fit for market which dramatically lowered cost and reduced cycle times.
